Gamespy 3D Server IP

I've finally had time to look over the Gamespy 3D setup for Heretic II and the instructions for adding your server IP seem incomplete. It says add you IP, buy where? I don't see where I'm suppose to added it.

Can you confirm if GS3D is pulling a server list? You should have a list in your client. If not I will put out an update to fix this. Just let me know.
